The short version: your original work remains yours. If you share someone else’s work, make sure you have the right to do so and credit the source properly. You give us only the permissions needed to run and safeguard the service. Please use the community in good faith—no unlawful material, infringement, deception, abuse, malware, or spam.
Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using Global Infinity, you agree to these Terms. If you are acting for a company or another organization, you also confirm that you have authority to accept them on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the features covered by these Terms.
“Service” includes our AI agent directory, Skill community, comments, accounts, search, submissions and related features. “User Content” means text, links, Skill information, comments and other material you submit, publish or share.
Accounts and eligibility
Please keep your account information accurate and your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Accounts may not be sold, rented, impersonated, controlled through unauthorized automation, or created in bulk.
- You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms; minors need appropriate guardian consent.
- Tell us promptly through Feedback if you believe your account is compromised.
- We may verify, limit or manually review suspicious email addresses, abusive registration, spam and other high-risk behavior.
Your content and rights
You retain ownership of original content you create. You are responsible for your submissions and represent that you have the rights, permissions or other lawful basis needed to share them. When sharing another person’s Skill, code, documentation or link, accurately identify the creator, source and applicable license. Do not claim authorship that is not yours.
Remember that a public post can be seen beyond Global Infinity and may be reused where its original license allows. If a listing is later removed here, copies that others lawfully obtained or kept may still exist elsewhere.
License needed to operate the service
To make your User Content available, you grant Global Infinity a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, back up, format, translate, index, display, transmit and moderate it. We may exercise this license only where reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve and present the service.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of your original work to us. Private feedback is not published as community content without separate permission. Existing open-source and other licenses continue to govern the corresponding source material.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- break the law or infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other rights;
- commit fraud, phishing, impersonation, deceptive promotion, review manipulation or source misrepresentation;
- harass, threaten, exploit minors, promote hatred, or distribute clearly harmful, violent or unlawful material;
- upload malware, steal credentials, evade authentication, throttling or security controls;
- mass-register, spam comments or submissions, overload the service, or access non-public systems without permission; or
- rely on content for medical, legal, financial or other high-risk decisions without qualified review.
Third-party sources and licenses
Much of what you find here points to an external repository, product website, document, or community submission. That material remains governed by its owner’s terms and license. Our decision to list, categorize, translate, or link to it does not transfer ownership, create a partnership, or amount to an endorsement or compatibility promise.
Before using a Skill, code sample, prompt or tool, check the original source, license, dependencies, security impact and restrictions. If our summary conflicts with the original source, the rights holder’s valid license and original materials control.
Moderation, restriction and removal
We may reject, hide, reduce the visibility of, restrict, or remove content when reasonably necessary to follow the law, apply these Terms, or protect the community. We may also freeze publishing privileges and preserve relevant records. Automated signals help us identify issues, but they are not treated as conclusive proof; significant decisions may be reviewed by a person.
Rights holders may report a specific page with ownership details and contact information. We may request more information, notify the submitter, and remove, restrict or restore material after reasonable review.
Service availability and changes
We aim to keep Global Infinity useful and available, but online services change. A feature may be modified, paused, or retired because of maintenance, security, a supplier change, or a product decision. We cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access, permanent availability of every feature, or availability in every location. Preview features may change without notice.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, danger to others or the service, or legal requirements. Records may be retained for a reasonable period where needed for security, disputes, backups or legal duties.
Warranties, liability and remedies
To the extent permitted by law, the service and community content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that User Content is accurate, complete, non-infringing, free from malicious code or fit for a particular purpose. You should independently verify content and use backups, sandboxes and least-privilege controls.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Global Infinity will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss resulting from community content, third-party services, loss of data, interruption, or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal or security changes and will update the date on this page. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
Contact and notices
If something is unclear, or you need to raise an account, content, copyright, privacy, or Terms issue, use “Feedback & copyright” in the footer. Please include the relevant page address and enough detail for us to understand the issue, but do not send passwords, secret keys, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
